I just wanted to give the Knights of the Redwood Chapter a quick update on what the Cabral Agency is doing on in your area.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\nFirst of all in January I divided up the Councils with my existing staff so that every single Council has representation until a permanent solution can be put in place. Their main goal is to get your Councils to STAR. <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\nPermanent solution and process in finding them. My goal is to have the first Field Agent in place no later than May 1st and the 2nd by November 1, 2018.
\nI am currently using email blasts (some of you have already received a copy), I am also using eRelationship, this system broadcasts messages via email, and I have Supreme sending out a Linked-In Career search in Napa, Santa Rosa, and Eureka areas.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\nOf course if you know someone who may be an asset to my team I would appreciate an introduction. I am focusing on being fully staffed in Santa Rosa by the end of the year.<\/span>
